A Community Garden in Whittier, CA
We are an urban (backyard) farm in Whittier, CA maintained and operated by the community. We invite volunteers to be part of the community and harvest from the crops that are grown.
Visiting and volunteering hours are on scheduled Saturdays. Add your email to our mailing list for weekly updates.
"Those that work the garden, eat from the garden", as we like to say. As seasons change the crops change based on what our volunteers like to eat. We have several fruit trees that create an abundant crop in their seasons. We also have two orange trees that produce oranges year-round! (Those trees are from the orchards that used to be here in Whittier!)
